How can I pay?


We accept and process payments securely through PayPal®. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers and PayPal® payments. You do not have to be a PayPal® member to purchase products from us.

Do you ship internationally?


Yes we do. We ship worldwide twice a day except weekends and major Malaysia holidays. Rates for international shipments are free for all orders. We ship via Expedited Mail Service (EMS) internationally. PLEASE NOTE: All products we sell are in stock and available for shipment within 24 hours or less.

What if there is a problem with my order?


If there is a problem shipping your order, we will notify you by email within 24 hours. If you have a problem with your order you can contact us by email and we will respond within 24 hours. What is your Returns Policy?


Our products come with a 14 days money back satisfaction guarantee. If for some reason you unsatisfied - Buyer pays return shipping. or something breaks on them - Seller pays return shipping, simply send us the broken belt buckle and we will send you a new one right away. · When returning goods, please keep proof of return in the event that goods go missing in transit. It is your responsibility to ensure the goods are adequately packaged to ensure that they are not damaged during return transit.
 

Except where required by law, all returned products must be:

How long will my order take to arrive?

We process your orders as fast as we can. It mostly takes less than 1 business day to process and ship your orders. Some customers reported that some online sellers spend over 5 business days or even 2 weeks to process an order. It is too slow for our service standard for our VIP. According to our experience, over 95% parcels can reach our customer in 7 - 9 business days. Less than 5% parcels may experience a postal delay or customs inspection.
